“Mardi joined the SMS Project during its final year. This final year was the period when we were deploying the Student Management Solution to 9 TAFEs, all within a period of 9 months, and was a high-pressure part of the project.
Mardi quickly integrated herself into the T1 project team. During her time on the project, Mardi worked as a functional consultant, liaising directly with customer sites and team members from the Department of Education. She also assumed responsibility for the configuration of the SMS’ Rev11 upgrade and 2014 government compliance enhancements.
Mardi’s outgoing personality and sense of fun were a breath of fresh air in the team, while her willingness to work and ability to take responsibility for her tasks was widely appreciated. I look forward to an opportunity to work with her again in the future.”
